The Pearl MHP is a special limited edition African Mahogany shell pack released in 2009. The drums are a 4 ply construction using 4ply African Mahogany with Maple reinforcement rings. The shells are finished in a beautiful Vintage Burl Mahogany Burst with Chrome Hardware. To complement the set a 14 x 5” Burl Mahogany Snare Drum comes with it in the same finish as the kit. Pearl’s supreme quality African Mahogany gives these drums a vintage dark, warm, rich tone that separates itself from drums constructed of other materials. All toms feature SuperHoopII Hoops, and Aluminum OptiMount Tom Holders. Only 60 of these limited edition kits were released worldwide.
A choice of snare drums is available and one snare is included in the kit price. All kits are supplied in any 5-piece configuration for the listed price when available and include:

- 3 x Cymbal Boom Stands
- All Tom Hardware & Stool in SKB Cases.
